  3. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Standard shipping charges apply based on weight, size, and delivery location.
  2. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified value.

4. Tracking Orders

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  2. You can track your order directly on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  1. ShopKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
  2. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  1. Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  1. If your package is damaged during transit, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy.
