- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within India.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply based on weight, size, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified value.
4. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order directly on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Delayed or Failed Delivery
- ShopKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged during transit, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy.
