1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  2. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return or refund after delivery as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Refund on Cancellation

  1. If your order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation by ShopKart

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  1. Product is out of stock or discontinued.
  2. Payment was not successfully processed.
  3. Incorrect pricing or listing error.
  4. Suspicious or fraudulent transaction.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. COD orders can be cancelled by contacting customer support before shipment.
  2. Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account.
