2. Refund on Cancellation
- If your order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellation by ShopKart
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment was not successfully processed.
- Incorrect pricing or listing error.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled by contacting customer support before shipment.
- Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account.
