Refund & Returns Policy
At ShopKart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Returns Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be process and credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
- If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or defect), please inform us within 7 days.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Exchange and replacement will be delivered within 3-6 business days
5. Defective Items
- If you receive a defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
