Refund & Returns Policy


At ShopKart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Returns Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.


2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.

3. Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  2. Refunds will be process and credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
  3. If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

4. Exchanges

  1. If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or defect), please inform us within 7 days.
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  3. Exchange and replacement will be delivered within 3-6 business days


5. Defective Items

  1. If you receive a defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  1. The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
